Chocolate Cream with Condensed Milk
Ingredients:
- 2 packs of milk biscuits
- 1 can (397g) condensed milk
- 2 jars (300g each) of whipping cream
- 2 tablets (90g each) of semi-sweet chocolate
- 1 box of chocolate chips (optional, for decoration)
Preparation:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the condensed milk with the whipping cream until you achieve a smooth and homogeneous mixture. Set aside.
- Prepare a rectangular or square serving dish. Begin by spreading a layer of the condensed milk and cream mixture evenly on the bottom of the dish.
- Dip the milk biscuits into milk (optional) and arrange them in a single layer over the cream mixture. Repeat this process, alternating layers of cream mixture and milk biscuits, until you reach the top of the dish, finishing with a layer of the cream mixture.
- To make the chocolate ganache, melt the semi-sweet chocolate in a heatproof bowl. Once melted, gradually stir in the remaining whipping cream until the ganache is smooth and glossy.
- Pour the chocolate ganache evenly over the top layer of cream and biscuits. If desired, sprinkle chocolate chips on top for decoration.
- Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 5 hours, or until the cream sets.
