Chocolate Cream with Condensed Milk

Ingredients:

  • 2 packs of milk biscuits
  • 1 can (397g) condensed milk
  • 2 jars (300g each) of whipping cream
  • 2 tablets (90g each) of semi-sweet chocolate
  • 1 box of chocolate chips (optional, for decoration)

Preparation:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the condensed milk with the whipping cream until you achieve a smooth and homogeneous mixture. Set aside.
  2. Prepare a rectangular or square serving dish. Begin by spreading a layer of the condensed milk and cream mixture evenly on the bottom of the dish.
  3. Dip the milk biscuits into milk (optional) and arrange them in a single layer over the cream mixture. Repeat this process, alternating layers of cream mixture and milk biscuits, until you reach the top of the dish, finishing with a layer of the cream mixture.
  4. To make the chocolate ganache, melt the semi-sweet chocolate in a heatproof bowl. Once melted, gradually stir in the remaining whipping cream until the ganache is smooth and glossy.
  5. Pour the chocolate ganache evenly over the top layer of cream and biscuits. If desired, sprinkle chocolate chips on top for decoration.
  6. Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 5 hours, or until the cream sets.
  7. Once chilled and set, serve and enjoy your delicious Chocolate Cream with Condensed Milk!
