3 cups white chocolate chips
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch salt
1.5 cups gumdrops or jelly candies, chopped
Instructions
Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper, allowing overhang for easy removal later.
In a saucepan, combine white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and a pinch of salt. Heat over low, stirring continuously for 5-7 minutes until melted.
Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract until smooth.
Cool the fudge mixture slightly for 3 minutes, then fold in chopped gumdrops.
Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
Lift the fudge out of the pan using the parchment paper and cut into squares.
