  • 1 pack Puff Pastry (Keep it cold for best results.)
  • 6 pieces Sausages (Use high-quality options for best flavor.)
  • 40 g Stuffing Mix (Activate with water before use.)
  • 75 ml Water (Freshly boiled, used to activate the stuffing mix.)
  • 3 tablespoons Cranberry Sauce (Adds sweetness to the filling.)
  • 1 whole Egg (Whisked for brushing on pastry.)
  • 1 tablespoon Poppy Seeds (For added crunch and decorative flair.)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F) and prepare your workstation.
  2. Activate the stuffing mix by combining 75 ml of freshly boiled water with 40 g of stuffing mix and let it cool.
  3. Prepare the sausage filling by removing casings from sausages, then combine with the stuffing mix.
  4. Cut the puff pastry into two strips, about 10 cm wide.
  5. Spread the sausage mixture along the center of each pastry strip, leaving a 2 cm border, and drizzle with cranberry sauce.
  6. Fold each pastry strip over the filling and crimp the edges with a fork.
  7. Brush the surface of each roll with whisked egg and sprinkle poppy seeds on top.
  8. Bake the rolls on a lined baking tray for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
