Classic Chicken Pot Pie
Easy Chicken Pot Pie Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 pre-made pie crusts
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- A splash of milk
- Approximately 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
- Half a small bag of frozen mixed vegetables
- Salt, pepper, dried thyme
- Butter spray
Instructions:
- Mix together the cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, milk, shredded chicken, mixed vegetables, salt, pepper, and thyme in a large bowl.
- Line a pie pan with one of the pie crusts.
- Pour the chicken and vegetable mixture into the pie crust.
- Cover the filling with the second pie crust, sealing the edges. Cut a few slits in the top crust to vent.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 40 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the filling is bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and lightly spray the top crust with butter spray.
- Broil the pie for 2 minutes until the crust is nicely browned.
