Easy Chicken Pot Pie Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 pre-made pie crusts
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • A splash of milk
  • Approximately 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
  • Half a small bag of frozen mixed vegetables
  • Salt, pepper, dried thyme
  • Butter spray

Instructions:

  1. Mix together the cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, milk, shredded chicken, mixed vegetables, salt, pepper, and thyme in a large bowl.
  2. Line a pie pan with one of the pie crusts.
  3. Pour the chicken and vegetable mixture into the pie crust.
  4. Cover the filling with the second pie crust, sealing the edges. Cut a few slits in the top crust to vent.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 40 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the filling is bubbly.
  6. Remove from the oven and lightly spray the top crust with butter spray.
  7. Broil the pie for 2 minutes until the crust is nicely browned.
  8. Let it cool slightly before serving. Enjoy your delicious chicken pot pie!
