Instructions

  1. Boil a pot of salted water. Add the elbow macaroni and cook according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool.
  2. In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, apple cider vinegar, and sugar. Mix until smooth and creamy.
