Crispy Chicken Strips π
Ingredients:
- Chicken breast
- Roasted cornflakes
- Flour
- Beaten egg
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Ketchup
- Pitted black olives
Preparation:
- Begin by cutting the chicken breast into strips, then season them with salt and pepper and lightly coat them with flour.
- Next, dip the strips in beaten egg, followed by a coating of crushed roasted cornflakes.
- Fry the coated chicken strips in very hot extra virgin olive oil until they turn golden brown. Once done, remove them from the oil and let them rest on kitchen or absorbent paper to remove excess oil.
