2 cans (15 oz each) sweet corn, drained
1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
1 cup sour cream
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup diced jalapenos (fresh or pickled)
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon chili powder
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
Optional: Chopped fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
Spray the inside of your crockpot with non-stick cooking spray.
In a large mixing bowl, combine sweet corn, cream cheese, sour cream, cheddar cheese, jalapenos, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
Pour the mixture into the prepared crockpot, spreading it evenly.
Cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours or high for 1-2 hours. Stir occasionally.
The dip is ready when it’s hot and bubbly, and the cheeses have melted.
If desired, sprinkle chopped cilantro on top before serving.
Transfer to a serving bowl or serve directly from the crockpot.
