Crunchy Caramel Oatmeal 🍮

Ingredients for 2 servings:

First layer:

  • Oats – 65 g
  • Cocoa powder – 1 tbsp
  • Banana – 50 g
  • Milk – 150 g
  • Chia seeds – 5 g

Second layer:

  • Salted caramel – 25 g

Third layer:

  • Sugar-free chocolate – 35 g
  • Cornflakes – 20 g

Instructions:

  1. Finely chop the banana, mix all ingredients for the first layer, and layer them in a glass.
  2. Layer the salted caramel as the second layer (you can use store-bought sugar-free caramel or make it yourself using a recipe).
  3. Melt the chocolate, mix it with cornflakes, and layer it on top.
