Crunchy Caramel Oatmeal 🍮
Ingredients for 2 servings:
First layer:
- Oats – 65 g
- Cocoa powder – 1 tbsp
- Banana – 50 g
- Milk – 150 g
- Chia seeds – 5 g
Second layer:
- Salted caramel – 25 g
Third layer:
- Sugar-free chocolate – 35 g
- Cornflakes – 20 g
Instructions:
- Finely chop the banana, mix all ingredients for the first layer, and layer them in a glass.
- Layer the salted caramel as the second layer (you can use store-bought sugar-free caramel or make it yourself using a recipe).
- Melt the chocolate, mix it with cornflakes, and layer it on top.
