  • 1 cup of crushed pretzels
  • 1 cup of mini marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Prepare a Baking Sheet: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent the bark from sticking.
  2. Melt the Semisweet Chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the semisweet chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.
  3. Spread the Chocolate: Pour the melted semisweet chocolate onto the prepared baking sheet. Use a spatula to spread it evenly into a rectangle.
  4. Chill the Chocolate: Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for about 10-15 minutes to allow the chocolate to set slightly.
  5. Melt the White Chocolate: While the semisweet chocolate is setting, melt the white chocolate chips in a separate bowl using the same microwave method.
  6. Spread the White Chocolate: Once the semisweet chocolate has set, pour the melted white chocolate over it. Gently spread it to cover the semisweet layer.
  7. Add Toppings: Immediately sprinkle the crushed pretzels, mini marshmallows, colorful sprinkles, and any additional toppings you desire over the white chocolate layer. Press them down gently to ensure they stick.
  8. Chill Again: Return the baking sheet to the refrigerator for another 15-20 minutes, or until the chocolate is fully set.
  9. Break into Pieces: Once set, remove the bark from the refrigerator. Break it into pieces of your desired size.
  10. Serve: Place the bark on a serving platter or store it in an airtight container.
