Ingredients:

Vegetables:

  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 pinch of parsley
  • A small piece of cabbage
  • 1 onion
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 potato
  • 100 g curd cheese

Dough:

  • 4 eggs
  • 1.5 cups of milk (300 ml)
  • 1 small glass of vegetable oil (90 ml)
  • 3.5 cups of flour (420 g)
  • 2 packs of baking powder (20 g)
  • 1 teaspoon of salt (8 g)

To Lubricate the Pan:

  • Butter

Instructions:

  1. Finely chop the green pepper, red pepper, parsley, cabbage, onion, carrot, and potato.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the eggs, milk, oil, baking powder, and salt. Mix thoroughly.
  3. Gradually add the flour to the mixture, stirring continuously.
  4. Fold in the chopped vegetables and curd cheese until evenly distributed.
  5. Grease a pan generously with butter.
  6. Pour the donut batter into the pan, spreading it evenly.
  7. Cook on medium heat, carefully flipping to cook both sides until golden brown and fully cooked.
