Ingredients:
Vegetables:
- 1 green pepper
- 1 red pepper
- 1 pinch of parsley
- A small piece of cabbage
- 1 onion
- 1 carrot
- 1 potato
- 100 g curd cheese
Dough:
- 4 eggs
- 1.5 cups of milk (300 ml)
- 1 small glass of vegetable oil (90 ml)
- 3.5 cups of flour (420 g)
- 2 packs of baking powder (20 g)
- 1 teaspoon of salt (8 g)
To Lubricate the Pan:
- Butter
Instructions:
- Finely chop the green pepper, red pepper, parsley, cabbage, onion, carrot, and potato.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the eggs, milk, oil, baking powder, and salt. Mix thoroughly.
- Gradually add the flour to the mixture, stirring continuously.
- Fold in the chopped vegetables and curd cheese until evenly distributed.
- Grease a pan generously with butter.
- Pour the donut batter into the pan, spreading it evenly.
- Cook on medium heat, carefully flipping to cook both sides until golden brown and fully cooked.
