Ingredients:
- 1 Water Glass Size (200 ml)
- 1 cup water
- 1.5 cups milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 1 pack dry yeast
- 2 eggs
- 3 cups wheat flour
For Filling:
- 4 sharp peppers, grated
- 1 potato, grated
- 2 tomatoes, finely chopped
- Sausage, diced
For Cooking:
- Oil
Instructions:
- Prepare the Dough:
- In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs. Add sugar, water, milk, and yeast. Mix until combined.
- Gradually add flour and salt, mixing well to form a smooth batter.
- Cover the bowl and let it rest for 15 minutes.
- Prepare the Filling:
- Mix grated potatoes, chopped peppers, tomatoes, and diced sausage into the rested dough. Combine thoroughly.
- Cooking:
- Heat a frying pan over medium heat and grease it with oil.
- Pour about 2 ladles of the prepared dough onto the pan, spreading it evenly into a round shape.
- Cook until the bottom is golden brown, then flip and cook the other side until browned as well.
- Remove from the pan, slice into portions, and serve hot.
