Delicious Steak Stir-Fry Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb flank steak, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup sliced bell peppers
  • 1 cup sliced onions
  • 1/2 cup matchstick carrots
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 2 green onions, sliced into 1-inch pieces
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2-3 tbsp vegetable oil

Sauce:

  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 3 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp ginger, minced
  • 1 clove garlic, minced

Instructions:

  1. Marinate the thinly sliced flank steak in a bowl with soy sauce and cornstarch for at least 15 minutes.
  2. In a separate bowl, prepare the sauce by combining soy sauce, red pepper flakes, brown sugar, minced ginger, and minced garlic. Set aside.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat. Fry the marinated steak on each side for about 2 minutes, working in batches if necessary to avoid overcrowding the pan. Remove the steak from the pan and set aside.
  4. In the same pan, add the sliced bell peppers, onions, matchstick carrots, and broccoli florets. Cook for 2-3 minutes until slightly tender.
  5. Return the cooked steak to the pan and pour the prepared sauce over the vegetables and steak. Cook for an additional minute to allow the flavors to meld together.
  6. Finally, add the sliced green onions and toss everything together for a minute.
  7. Serve the steak stir-fry hot and enjoy the delicious flavors!
