Delicious Steak Stir-Fry Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 lb flank steak, thinly sliced
- 1 cup sliced bell peppers
- 1 cup sliced onions
- 1/2 cup matchstick carrots
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 2 green onions, sliced into 1-inch pieces
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 2-3 tbsp vegetable oil
Sauce:
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 3 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp ginger, minced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
Instructions:
- Marinate the thinly sliced flank steak in a bowl with soy sauce and cornstarch for at least 15 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, prepare the sauce by combining soy sauce, red pepper flakes, brown sugar, minced ginger, and minced garlic. Set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat. Fry the marinated steak on each side for about 2 minutes, working in batches if necessary to avoid overcrowding the pan. Remove the steak from the pan and set aside.
- In the same pan, add the sliced bell peppers, onions, matchstick carrots, and broccoli florets. Cook for 2-3 minutes until slightly tender.
- Return the cooked steak to the pan and pour the prepared sauce over the vegetables and steak. Cook for an additional minute to allow the flavors to meld together.
- Finally, add the sliced green onions and toss everything together for a minute.
- Serve the steak stir-fry hot and enjoy the delicious flavors!
