Easy no-bake energy bites featuring a delightful fig jam center, perfect for a wholesome snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup flax seeds
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • 2 tablespoons delightful bake fig jam
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, almond butter, honey or maple syrup, flax seeds, chia seeds, dried cranberries, and chopped walnuts.
  2. Add the vanilla extract and the delightful bake fig jam.
  3. Mix all ingredients thoroughly until well combined.
  4. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  5. Roll the mixture into bite-sized balls.
  6. Store the energy bites in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

Notes

  • Adjust sweetness by using more or less honey/maple syrup.
