Mango Pudding is a creamy, no-bake dessert perfect for satisfying your sweet cravings with a tropical twist.

  • 2 tablespoons gelatin (Use agar-agar for a vegetarian option.)
  • 0.5 cup sugar (Adjust based on sweetness of mango pulp.)
  • 1 cup boiling water (Use freshly boiled water.)
  • 1 cup evaporated milk (Can substitute with coconut milk.)
  • 1 cup mango pulp (Canned pulp for best texture.)

Instructions

  1. Combine 2 tablespoons of gelatin and ½ cup of sugar in a large mixing bowl. Pour in 1 cup of boiling water, stirring vigorously until completely dissolved.
  2. Add 1 cup of evaporated milk, 1 cup of mango pulp, and juice of half a lemon to the mixture. Whisk until smooth and well-combined.
  3. Pour the mixture into chosen molds or ramekins, filling them about three-quarters full.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to set properly.
  5. Once set, gently remove from molds or serve directly from ramekins. Garnish with mint leaves or shredded coconut.

Notes
