1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Fresh chives or parsley, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
Creating delicious Deviled Eggs can be simple and straightforward if you follow these easy steps:
Place the eggs in a saucepan and cover them with cold water. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Once boiling, cover the pot, remove it from heat, and let sit for 10-12 minutes.
After the cooking time, transfer the eggs to an ice bath or run cold water over them to stop the cooking process. Allow them to cool for about 5 minutes.
Carefully peel the cooled eggs under running water to make the process easier. Pat them dry with a paper towel.
Using a sharp knife, slice each egg in half lengthwise. Gently remove the yolks and place them in a mixing bowl.
Mash the yolks with a fork and add mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth and creamy.
Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg white halves.
Sprinkle paprika on top for a pop of color. Optionally, add chopped chives or parsley for added flavor and presentation.
Place the filled eggs on a serving platter and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
