- Blend and Finish:
- Once thickened, remove the saucepan from heat. Use an immersion blender or a regular blender to blend the mixture until smooth.
- Stir in the roasted almonds.
- Chill and Serve:
- Pour the dessert mixture into serving bowls or glasses.
- Allow the dessert to cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for a few hours until completely chilled and set.
