Ingredients:

  • 500g of tenderloin filet mignon
  • 20ml of high-quality olive oil
  • 1 clove of finely minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoons of Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons of honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Begin by seasoning the tenderloin filet mignon with salt and pepper to taste.
  2. In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  4. Carefully place the seasoned tenderloin filet mignon in the skillet.
  5. Sear each side for 3-4 minutes or until a golden crust forms.
  6. Reduce the heat to medium-low and continue cooking until the desired doneness is reached, about 6-8 minutes for medium-rare.
  7. While the tenderloin is cooking, prepare the honey mustard sauce by combining the Dijon mustard and honey in a small bowl.
