Instructions:
- Begin by seasoning the tenderloin filet mignon with salt and pepper to taste.
- In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Carefully place the seasoned tenderloin filet mignon in the skillet.
