Ferrero Rocher Fudge Brownies

Ingredients (US Cups):

  • 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter
  • 1 and 1/4 cups granulated sugar
  • 3/4 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Ferrero Rocher chocolates, roughly chopped
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions:

  1. Preparation:
    • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
    • Grease and line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Make the Brownie Batter:
    • In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter.
    • Stir in granulated sugar, brown sugar, cocoa powder, and salt until well combined.
  3. Incorporate Eggs and Flour:
    • Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
    • Stir in the flour until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
  4. Add Chocolates:
    • Fold in the chopped Ferrero Rocher chocolates and semi-sweet chocolate chips until evenly distributed in the batter.
  5. Bake:
    • Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan, spreading it evenly with a spatula.
    • Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs attached.
  6. Cool and Serve:
    • Allow the brownies to cool completely in the pan on a wire rack.
    • Once cooled, slice into squares and serve.
