Fluffy Blender Cake Recipe
Ingredients:
- 500 grams of all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
- 150 grams of heavy cream
- 350 grams of granulated sugar
- 200 milliliters of milk, at room temperature
- 4 small eggs
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions:
- Preparation: Begin by preheating your oven to 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit). Grease a cake pan with butter and dust it lightly with flour to prevent sticking.
- Blending the Batter: In a blender, combine 4 small eggs, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder, a pinch of salt, 150 grams of heavy cream, 350 grams of granulated sugar, 200 milliliters of milk, and 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract. Blend on medium speed for about 3 minutes until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- Incorporating Dry Ingredients: Gradually add 500 grams of all-purpose flour and 1 teaspoon of baking powder to the blender. Blend again until all ingredients are fully combined and you have a homogeneous batter. Be careful not to overmix.
- Baking: Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan. Smooth the top with a spatula. Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Cooling and Serving: Once baked, remove the cake from the oven and allow it to cool in the pan for about 10 minutes. Then, transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing and serving.
