Ingredients:
- 2 brioche rolls
- Hazelnut spread
- 2 eggs
- 50 ml (1/4 cup) milk
- Vanilla extract
- Butter
- 25g (2 tbsp) sugar
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Instructions:
- Slice each brioche roll lengthwise without fully separating the halves. Spread hazelnut cream inside, close the rolls, and cut them into small cubes.
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, and a few drops of vanilla extract. Dip each cube in this mixture, ensuring theyβre well-coated.
- Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add the brioche cubes and cook, turning occasionally, until golden brown on all sides.
- In a separate bowl, mix the sugar and cinnamon. Once the cubes are cooked, roll them in the sugar-cinnamon mixture for a sweet, flavorful finish. Serve warm and enjoy!
