French Toast Cubes: A Quick and Delicious Snack Idea!

Ingredients:

  • 2 brioche rolls
  • Hazelnut spread
  • 2 eggs
  • 50 ml (1/4 cup) milk
  • Vanilla extract
  • Butter
  • 25g (2 tbsp) sugar
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Instructions:

  1. Slice each brioche roll lengthwise without fully separating the halves. Spread hazelnut cream inside, close the rolls, and cut them into small cubes.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, and a few drops of vanilla extract. Dip each cube in this mixture, ensuring they’re well-coated.
  3. Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add the brioche cubes and cook, turning occasionally, until golden brown on all sides.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix the sugar and cinnamon. Once the cubes are cooked, roll them in the sugar-cinnamon mixture for a sweet, flavorful finish. Serve warm and enjoy!
