Fudgy Chocolate Brownie Bites are rich, chocolatey treats that are easy to make and perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (optional)
  • Powdered sugar for dusting (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a mini muffin tin.
  2. In a medium saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over low heat. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the melted butter and granulated sugar. Stir until well mixed. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
  6. If desired, fold in the semi-sweet chocolate chips for extra chocolatey goodness.
  7. Spoon the batter evenly into the prepared mini muffin tin, filling each cup about ¾ full.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  9. Allow the brownie bites to cool in the tin for about 15 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
  10. If desired, dust the cooled brownie bites with powdered sugar for a beautiful finish.

Notes

  • Store brownie bites in an airtight container for up to a week.
  • These bites can be frozen for longer storage.
