Garlic Butter Steak Bites and Potatoes: An Incredible Ultimate Recipe

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 pound baby potatoes, halved
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Start by preheating your oven to 400°F (200°C). Place the halved baby potatoes in a mixing bowl, drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
  2. Spread the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet and roast for 15 minutes.
  3. While the potatoes are roasting, heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in the skillet.
  4. Add the steak pieces to the skillet. Season with salt, pepper, thyme, and rosemary. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the steak is browned and cooked to your desired doneness.
  5. In the last minute of cooking the steak, add the minced garlic to the skillet. Stir well to combine and allow the garlic to become fragrant.
  6. Once the potatoes have roasted for 15 minutes, remove them from the oven and add them to the skillet with the steak. Toss everything together gently.
  7. Add the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter to the skillet. Stir until the butter has melted and everything is well coated.
  8. Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
