1/2 cup Olive Oil
1/4 cup Lemon Juice
1 cup Fresh Herbs
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Pepper
2 tablespoons Extra Olive Oil

Instructions
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the octopus and simmer for 40-60 minutes until tender. Remove and let cool.
In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, herbs, salt, and pepper. Marinate the octopus pieces for at least 1 hour.
Preheat your grill to 450-500°F. Pat the octopus dry.
