Ham Turkey Cheese Pockets are delicious and easy to make.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package refrigerated pie crusts (usually contains 2)
  • 1 cup diced ham
  • 1 cup diced turkey
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Unroll the refrigerated pie crusts on a clean surface.
  3. In a bowl, combine diced ham, diced turkey, shredded cheese, mayonnaise, mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  4. Using a large round cookie cutter or a glass, cut circles from the pie crusts. Aim for about 4-5 inches in diameter.
  5. Place a spoonful of the ham and turkey mixture in the center of each circle.
  6. Fold the crust over the filling to create a half-moon shape. Press the edges together to seal. You can crimp the edges with a fork for a decorative touch.
  7. Place the filled pockets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. In a small bowl, whisk the egg. Brush the egg wash over the tops of the pockets for a golden finish.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  10. Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly before serving.
