8 oz whole wheat pasta
1 lb chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups spinach, fresh
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Cook Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the whole wheat pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Prepare Chicken: While the pasta cooks, season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
Heat Oil: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
Cook Chicken: Add the seasoned chicken breast to the skillet and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked through and golden brown. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
