- Combine with Hot Milk: Gradually pour the hot milk into the egg mixture, stirring continuously to avoid lumps.
- Thicken the Cream: Return the mixture to the saucepan and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until the cream thickens. Remove from heat and set aside.
Assembling the Dessert:
