Pancakes Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 Eggs
  • 1.5 cups Milk
  • 1.5 cups Water
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Yeast
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 3.5 cups Flour

Instructions:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, and water until thoroughly combined.
  2. Add sugar, yeast, and baking soda to the mixture. Stir until well incorporated.
  3. Gradually add flour to the mixture, stirring continuously until the batter is smooth and free of lumps.
  4. Allow the batter to rest for 10-15 minutes to activate the yeast.
  5. Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat. Lightly grease with butter or oil.
  6. Pour a ladleful of batter onto the skillet. Cook until bubbles form on the surface of the pancake and the edges look set, then flip and cook the other side until golden brown.
  7. Repeat with the remaining batter.
  8. Serve warm with your favorite toppings such as maple syrup, fresh fruits, or whipped cream.
