Lavash Wrap with Chicken and Avocado

Ingredients:

  • 1 sheet of tortilla or lavash
  • 1 small chicken breast
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 tomato
  • 25g of any cheese
  • a handful of spinach
  • spices to taste
  • you can also add any vegetables you like

Preparation:

  1. Fry the chicken breast. You can use a grill or a frying pan.
  2. Cut the avocado in half, mash it with a fork, and spread it on the lavash.
  3. Next, add the spinach (or you can substitute it with any other salad).
  4. Grate the cheese and spread it on the lavash.
  5. Then add the tomato, sliced into rings.
  6. Finally, add the previously cooked chicken breast.
  7. Roll up the lavash and fry it on a pan on both sides.
