Lazy Fit Pancakes π₯
A quick and easy recipe for lazy days. Cottage cheese dumplings, creamy sauce, chocolate, and cherries – an amazingly delicious combination!
Ingredients for 2 servings:
For the dumplings:
- Cottage cheese (5%) – 320 g
- Egg – 1
- Fitparad Sweetener No.7 – 3 g
- Rice flour – 90 g
For the sauce:
- Milk (1.5%) – 360 g
- Fitparad Sweetener No.7 – 2 g
- Egg yolk – 2
- Cornstarch – 16 g
For garnish:
- Unsweetened chocolate
- Berries (we used cherries)
Instructions:
- Mix cottage cheese with egg, sweetener, and flour, knead a soft dough.
- Roll out the dough into a sausage shape, cut into small dumplings. Drop the dumplings into boiling salted water with 1 tsp vegetable oil. After boiling, cook for 5 minutes.
- While the dumplings are cooking, prepare the sauce. In milk, add egg yolk, sweetener, and cornstarch, mix well. Constantly stirring, heat until slightly thickened.
- Put some sauce in a bowl, top with dumplings, pour the remaining sauce, add your favorite berries (we used frozen cherries), and sprinkle with unsweetened chocolate on top.
