Lobster Tails with Garlic Herb Butter Sauce is a delicious seafood dish that is easy to prepare.

  • 4 lobster tails
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Prepare the lobster tails: Cut the top shell down the center. Pull the meat out, keeping it attached at the base.
  3. Make the garlic herb butter: Melt the butter in a saucepan. Add garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes. Stir in parsley, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Place the lobster tails in a baking dish. Brush the garlic herb butter over the lobster meat.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes until the meat is opaque and firm.
  6. Baste the lobster with more garlic herb butter halfway through baking.
  7. Remove from the oven and serve with lemon wedges and remaining garlic herb butter.
