  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 jar marinara sauce (24 oz)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a bowl, mix together the softened cream cheese and sour cream until smooth. Set aside.
