Mini Baked Parmesan Potato Rounds
Ingredients:
- 35-40 Classic Baby Creamers® potatoes, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese (pre-grated)
- 1 tablespoon garlic salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly coat two baking sheets with non-stick spray.
- Thoroughly wash and thinly slice the potatoes, then transfer them to a large mixing bowl.
- Drizzle the vegetable oil over the potatoes and toss to ensure they are evenly coated.
- In a gallon-sized resealable bag, combine the Parmesan cheese, garlic salt, and black pepper. Seal the bag and shake well to mix the ingredients.
- Place the oiled potatoes into the cheese mixture and shake until each piece is uniformly coated.
- Arrange the coated potato slices in a single layer on the prepared baking sheets.
- Bake for about 40 minutes, turning the potatoes once midway through, until they are golden brown and fork-tender.
- Remove from the oven and serve warm with your choice of dipping sauce, such as ranch dressing or nacho cheese.
