Homemade Mini Pizzas: An Incredible Ultimate Recipe for Everyone

  • 1 pound pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup assorted toppings (pepperoni, bell peppers, olives, mushrooms, onions, etc.)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Fresh basil leaves (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
  2. Allow the pizza dough to come to room temperature if using store-bought. Roll out homemade dough on a floured surface.
  3. Cut the dough into small portions, about the size of a golf ball. Roll each piece into a circle 4-6 inches in diameter.
  4. Brush each mini pizza base lightly with olive oil.
  5. Spoon a tablespoon of pizza sauce onto each mini pizza base.
  6. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce on each mini pizza.
  7. Add your chosen toppings on top of the cheese.
  8. Sprinkle dried oregano and garlic powder over the mini pizzas.
  9. Place the mini pizzas on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  10. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbling.
  11. Remove from the oven, let cool for a few minutes, and garnish with fresh basil leaves if desired.
