- 1 pound pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup assorted toppings (pepperoni, bell peppers, olives, mushrooms, onions, etc.)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Fresh basil leaves (optional, for garnish)
- Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
- Allow the pizza dough to come to room temperature if using store-bought. Roll out homemade dough on a floured surface.
- Cut the dough into small portions, about the size of a golf ball. Roll each piece into a circle 4-6 inches in diameter.
- Brush each mini pizza base lightly with olive oil.
- Spoon a tablespoon of pizza sauce onto each mini pizza base.
