1 pound ground beef or turkey
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
12 slider buns
Cheese slices (optional, such as cheddar or American)
Lettuce leaves
Tomato slices
Pickles
Ketchup and mustard, for serving
Instructions
Heat your grill or a large skillet over medium-high heat.
In a bowl, combine the ground beef or turkey, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
Divide the meat mixture into 12 equal portions and shape them into small patties about 2 inches in diameter.
Place the patties on the grill or skillet. Cook for about 3-4 minutes on one side, then flip and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes. If using cheese, add a slice during the last minute of cooking to melt.
While the patties are cooking, slice the slider buns in half and toast them on the grill or in the skillet until golden brown.
Place a patty on the bottom half of each bun. Top with lettuce, tomato, pickles, and your choice of condiments.
Place the top half of the bun on each slider and serve immediately.
