Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups mashed ripe bananas (approximately 3 medium bananas)
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour

For the Nutella Frosting:

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup Nutella
  • 1 1/2 – 2 cups sifted powdered sugar
  • 2-3 tablespoons heavy cream or milk, as needed
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

Preheat the Oven:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease and flour a 9×13-inch baking pan or line with parchment paper for easy removal.

Prepare the Banana Cake Batter:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
