Moose Droppings Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 can of sweetened condensed milk (300 ml Canada, 14 oz US)
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded coconut (fine or medium)
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
  • Additional graham cracker crumbs for rolling the cookie balls

Instructions:

  1. Melt the butter and combine it with the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract until well incorporated.
  2. Add the graham cracker crumbs, coconut, and chocolate chips. Mix until thoroughly combined.
  3. Refrigerate the mixture for about an hour before rolling it into 1 1/4-inch balls. Keep them on the smaller side as they are quite rich.
  4. Roll the balls in additional graham cracker crumbs and chill until firm.
  5. Store in a sealed container in the refrigerator.

Yield: 40 cookie balls
