Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, add the chicken thighs. Drizzle them with oil and sprinkle with spices. Toss to coat evenly.
  2. Heat the skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the chicken thighs for 1-2 minutes on each side until golden-brown.
  3. Transfer the chicken to a baking sheet. Bake at 350°F for approximately 15 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  4. After baking, let the chicken rest for 5 minutes to allow juices to redistribute.
