Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. Combine oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.
  3. Add diced apples, nuts, and dried fruits (if using) to the dry ingredients.
  4. Whisk together almond milk and vanilla extract in a separate bowl.
  5. Pour wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until combined.
  6. Transfer the mixture to the greased baking dish and spread evenly.
