  • 5-6 Sprigs of Parsley
  • 1 Tea Glass of Milk (90 ml)
  • 1 Teaspoon of Salt (4 g)
  • 3 Cups of Flour (360 g)
  • 1 Packet of Baking Powder (10 g)

Instructions:

  1. Combine all ingredients except flour in a suitable mixing bowl.
  2. Gradually add flour while mixing until a soft, slightly sticky dough forms.
  3. Divide the dough into 2 equal portions.
  4. Roll out each portion with a rolling pin to a moderate thickness, then divide into 8 equal parts using a pastry cutter.
  5. Fry the portions in hot oil until golden brown, flipping halfway through.
