Olive Garden Inspired Steak Gorgonzola Alfredo
Ingredients:
- 1 pound fettuccine pasta
- 1 1/2 pounds steak (ribeye or sirloin), thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup crumbled Gorgonzola cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
- Cook fettuccine pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

- Reduce heat to medium. In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Pour in heavy cream, bring to a simmer, and cook for 3-4 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Stir in Parmesan and Gorgonzola cheeses until melted and sauce is smooth.
- Add butter, spinach, and sun-dried tomatoes to the skillet. Cook for 2-3 minutes until spinach is wilted. Return cooked steak to the skillet, toss to combine with the sauce.
- Add cooked fettuccine to the skillet, toss to coat pasta in the sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley.
