  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 1 lb baby potatoes, quartered
  • 1 red onion, cut into wedges

  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions
