Pecan Praline Pie Bark
Ingredients:
- 2 sleeves (approximately 20) honey graham crackers
- 1 cup (2 sticks) butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1½ cups chopped pecans
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil and lightly coat it with cooking spray. Arrange the graham crackers on the prepared baking sheet, ensuring the entire surface is covered.
- In a medium saucepan, combine the butter and brown sugar. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture comes to a boil. Boil for 2 minutes, then remove from heat. Stir in the vanilla extract and chopped pecans until well combined.
- Quickly pour the hot mixture over the graham crackers, using a spoon or offset spatula to spread it evenly.
- Bake for about 10 minutes, or until the mixture is bubbly and the edges of the graham crackers are golden brown.
- Allow the bark to cool completely on the baking sheet, then break it into pieces. Store any leftovers in an airtight container to maintain freshness. Enjoy!
