Pecan Praline Pie Bark

Ingredients:

  • 2 sleeves (approximately 20) honey graham crackers
  • 1 cup (2 sticks) butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1½ cups chopped pecans

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil and lightly coat it with cooking spray. Arrange the graham crackers on the prepared baking sheet, ensuring the entire surface is covered.
  2. In a medium saucepan, combine the butter and brown sugar. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture comes to a boil. Boil for 2 minutes, then remove from heat. Stir in the vanilla extract and chopped pecans until well combined.
  3. Quickly pour the hot mixture over the graham crackers, using a spoon or offset spatula to spread it evenly.
  4. Bake for about 10 minutes, or until the mixture is bubbly and the edges of the graham crackers are golden brown.
  5. Allow the bark to cool completely on the baking sheet, then break it into pieces. Store any leftovers in an airtight container to maintain freshness. Enjoy!
