12 oz rotini pasta
8 oz cheddar cheese, cubed
1/2 cup bacon bits
2 cups chopped pickles
1 cup mayo
1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup pickle brine
1 packet ranch seasoning mix
1 teaspoon dried dill
Instructions
Boil the rotini pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.
In a separate bowl, whisk together mayo, sour cream, pickle brine, and ranch seasoning mix until smooth and creamy.
In a large bowl, combine the cooled pasta, chopped pickles, cheddar cheese cubes, and bacon bits.
Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and add the dried dill.
Mix everything gently but thoroughly.
Cover the bowl and chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 to 6 hours before serving.
Stir before serving.
