Ingredients:

- 1/2 kg strawberries, chopped
- 1 packet red gelatin dessert mix
Instructions:
Prepare the Cake Batter:
- In a mixing bowl, beat eggs and sugar with an electric mixer until fluffy and pale in color.
- Add milk and oil, mix until well combined.
- Gradually add flour, vanilla extract, baking powder, and cornstarch. Mix until the batter is smooth.
Bake the Cake:
- Pour the cake batter into a greased mold.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 170Β°C (340Β°F) until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, about 30-35 minutes.
Prepare the Topping:
- In another bowl, whip the cream and cold milk with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form. Refrigerate until ready to use.
