Instructions:
- Prepare the Batter:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine kefir and baking powder. Beat until well mixed.
- Add eggs, melted butter, and sugar to the mixture. Continue beating until smooth.
- Incorporate Flour:
- Gradually sift in the flour into the bowl. Mix until the batter is thoroughly combined and smooth.
