A simple and delicious high-protein dessert fluff made with Greek yogurt and protein powder, perfect for a healthy snack.

Ingredients

  • 16 oz vanilla Greek yogurt (or plant based alternative)
  • 1/4 cup chocolate protein powder
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp sugar (or sweetener of choice to taste (optional))

Instructions

  1. If using sweetened yogurt and protein powder, you may need less additional sweetener or possibly none, depending on your personal tastes.
  2. Whip all ingredients with a spoon or in a stand mixer or blender to make the protein fluff.
  3. Once the chocolate protein fluff texture is smooth and fluffy, portion into bowls or glasses.
  4. Garnish with fresh berries, chocolate chips, or anything else you wish.
  5. Refrigerate leftovers in a covered container for up to a week.
