Quick Ball Bread Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 packet dry yeast
- 2 cups hot milk
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons yogurt
- 5 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
Instructions:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine sugar, dry yeast, and hot milk. Stir gently and let sit for a moment.
- Add olive oil and yogurt to the bowl, continuing to mix until well combined.
- Gradually add flour and salt, kneading until a soft dough forms. Cover the bowl and let the dough rise until doubled in size.
- Once risen, punch down the dough and divide it into 2 equal portions. Roll each portion into a ball and flatten slightly with a rolling pin. Use a round cutter to shape the dough into rounds.
- Place the shaped breads on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Cover and let them rest for 5 minutes.
- Preheat your oven to 250°C (480°F). Bake the breads for 6 minutes or until golden brown.
