  • 1 box Brownie Mix + Ingredients on the Box
  • 1 cup Raspberries
  • 2 tbsp Raspberry Jam

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to the temperature required for an 8×8 pan. Spray an 8×8 pan with non-stick spray and set aside.
  2. Prepare the boxed brownie mix according to the directions on the back of the box.
  3. Gently stir the fresh raspberries into the brownie batter.
  4. Drop small dollops of raspberry jam onto the top of the brownie batter.
  5. Use the end of a knife to gently swirl the jam into the batter, creating marbled effects.
  6. Press additional raspberries into the top of the brownie batter for an extra burst of flavor.
  7. Pour the brownie batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
  8. Bake according to the directions on the box, checking for doneness a few minutes before the timer is up. A toothpick inserted into the center should come out with moist crumbs.
