  • 4 cups Rice Krispies cereal
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup raspberries (fresh or frozen)

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients. Line a square pan with parchment paper.
  2. Melt white chocolate chips and butter together in a heatproof bowl using a double boiler or microwave in 20-second intervals until smooth.
  3. Pour the melted white chocolate and butter mixture over the Rice Krispies cereal in a large bowl. Gently fold until all cereal is coated.
  4. Carefully fold in the raspberries, being gentle to avoid crushing them.
  5. Transfer the mixture to the prepared pan. Press down gently to create an even layer.
  6. Chill the bars in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes until set.
  7. Lift the bars out using the parchment paper, slice, and serve.
