Raspberry White Chocolate Blondies: An Incredible Ultimate Recipe

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries (or frozen, thawed)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar. Whisk until smooth and well incorporated.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract until fully combined.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined. Do not overmix.
  6. Gently fold in the white chocolate chips and fresh raspberries, being careful not to break the berries.
  7. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan, spreading it evenly.
  8. Place the pan in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  9. Remove from the oven and let the blondies cool in the pan for about 15-20 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
  10. Once cooled, cut into squares and enjoy!
